• I just purchased a print from your webstore. How long until I have it?

    This depends. On standard orders the print ships within 5 business days. However on launch days when we receive many orders in a short period of time, processing may take significantly longer. We try our best to keep this timeline as short as possible. UPS shipping can take anything from 2-5 days domestically. International orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to deliver, sometimes longer.

    Are prints shipped flat or rolled? How are they packaged?

    Individual print orders are shipped rolled in a crush-proof tube. The print is rolled in acid free kraft paper with glassine protecting the image side. Orders of multiple prints are often shipped flat in protective acid free sleeves between 4 sheets of double-ply cardboard to ensure that everything arrives to you safely.

    Is shipping tracked?

    Yes, we only use UPS for shipping. Domestically and internationally. All shipments include tracking and the tracking number is displayed on your order receipt once the item has shipped

    Do you accept returns?

    Unfortunately, the answer is no. Other than for damaged prints we do not accept returns of any kind and all print sales are final.

    Is shipping tracked?

    Yes, we only use FEDEX for shipping. Domestically and internationally these are tracked services. The tracking number is displayed on your order receipt once the item is shipped.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Absolutely yes, we ship anywhere in the world.

    What if my print arrives damaged?

    If for any reason your print arrives with damage we will exchange your print at no cost. Please email us by replying to the order email so we can assist you quickly. If you do not have your order email please contact us and provide us your address so we can locate your order.

    We understand these things can happen from time to time but want to make sure our customers receive the best product possible.
